Dear letha, I was so delighted to get your latest update and delighted to see that you are looking so well after your grueling surgeries. It was providential that your should speak of tea tree oil as I have Candidiasis again and someone suggested that she took Solaray Yeast Cleanse which has a lot of tea tree oil in it. I had read that TTO was toxic and was hesitant to take the yeast cleanse but am itching all over. I have gone on a diet of very low carbs and am still itching. I would love to take the Solaray product if it will help. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
Fondly, as ever,
Sally
Hello Sally
Always nice to hear from you. I suggest that the discomfort felt by people using tea tree oil is most likely the yeast dying off. Use a dose of yeast remedy that is comfortable for you. I like to use an old trick that works very well for vaginal yeast discomforts. Insert with a clean finger 1/4 tsp of plain yogurt into the vagina. It repopulates the area with beneficial bacteria and eases the sores and other discomforts of vaginal yeast infections. I also do that at bedtime after drinking beer and eating yeasty foods.
Hi Letha, Thanks for the great information. Your monthly news is always so helpful. The homeopath tells me that I have Candidiasis and the problem has been stomach pain. I feel like I have been “sucker punched”. Since I have gone on the Candida diet, I am better but I would really like to get this under control for good.
Thanks again.
Fondly, Sally
