Heart healthy foods contain omega 3 and 6 oils from grains, fish, nuts, and greens not meat and cheese. Healthy oils do not clog blood vessels to impair circulation. In Feed Your Tiger, one of my recipes for a heart healthy dish is salmon steamed in digestive pineapple juice along with sliced anti-cholesterol red bell pepper and red onion. Spicy, rich and delicious but not fattening. Here are heart healthy foods in a slide show presented by health.com. Don’t neglect soy, nuts, berries, oatmeal, spinach, legumes, olive oil, flax seed and avocado.

Hi,
How does one steam in pineapple jiuce? Where do you put the juice? Do you put it in the lower part of the steamer instead of water? Then how does the digestive part of the juice reach the salmon? Just through the steam?
