Do you have an upset stomach, aches, chills and fever? It may be the early signs of a temporary cold or a digestive imbalance from an unwise diet. Here is a traditional Chinese concoction to ensure healthy recovery. Do you enjoy the pungent aroma of Chinese incense or medicinal herbs? You may enjoy the aroma of Shen Chu Cha a refined blend of selected natural Chinese herbs. The formula has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries treating problems of the digestive system, in particular indigestion, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, flatulence, gas, and for fevers, colds, headaches heatstroke and poor appetite.
When a strong fever is present, it can be used in combination with Pearl Powder, or add some fresh Ginger when preparing the infusion to enhance the fever reducing qualities. It is important to maintain fluid level in the body, a person with diarrhea should drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water a day. You can find Shen Chu Cha in most Chinese grocery stores.
Directions for use
Shen Chu Cha is a traditional old style Traditional Chinese Medicine formula. Chinese herbalists say it needs to be boiled with water, reduced in volume by one third, stained and then drunk. But I find that too strong! in flavor and cleansing effects! You can start by simmering it for a few minutes and straining the liquid. You can reuse the same herbs 3 times that day. Start with a new packet on following days. Although some people find the taste unpleasant, and therefore use some of the ready prepared liquids or pills for their problems, others find this ancient recipe the most effective patents and stick by it.
It comes in boxes of eight packets of pressed herbs wrapped in paper. Use one prepared dose every four hours for three days until the symptoms are resolved, or as advised by your health practitioner. If you prepare as directed by traditional chinese herbalists – one packet for each dose, a three-day treatment would require two boxes of eight packets. My method saves money and lets you get accustomed to the taste and cooing cleansing effects. Remember in case of persistent diarrhea and other similar serious problems you should call your health practitioner to diagnose and prescribe your treatment program.
